Lux Casa Histria I & II pair centuries-old stone with heated pools and hydromassage hot tubs. Each villa is rented separately and reserved exclusively for one family for the length of their stay.
Both villas sit in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by forest and meadows, one minute from the main road to Pazin and Pula. It's about 10 minutes to Pazin, the capital of Istria, and 35 minutes to Pula — with Poreč, Rovinj, Umag and Fažana all an easy drive away.
Each fenced villa is exclusive to one group of guests at a time, with private parking, a barbecue area and a children's play corner with swings.
We're a family stay from Istria Superhost
We are a family-run accommodation from Istria, hosting guests for 12 years. Alongside the villas, we offer homemade wine, olive oil, vinegar and honey we make ourselves as a family, and we're happy to help arrange car rental, bikes or airport transfers.

Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a booking request through this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), number of guests, selected dates and message you provide in the form.
How your data is sent
The booking form does not submit data to a server or database. Clicking "Send booking request" opens an email in your own email application, addressed to the host, with your details already filled in. You choose whether to actually send that email. We only receive your data if you send it.
Why we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your booking request, confirm availability, and arrange your stay. The legal basis is the pre-contractual step of handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep booking correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your stay and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting or dispute purposes, then delete it.
